Places to walk locally

With or without your four-legged friend, there are lots of lovely options. Leave your vehicle onsite and stroll up our drive to gentle riverside walks from Llangammarch. Nearby, Garth Bank is a favourite, just 10 minutes’ drive away. It’s peaceful countryside with parking, lots of good paths and surfaced tracks, and stunning 360° views. Natural Resources Wales has lots of other carparks/picnic areas locally. Drive through Cefn Gorwydd into the Crychan Forest, exploring 3 NRW sites on the way to Cynghordy. Circle back via Sugar Loaf, which also has wonderful views. Then relax with a cuppa and a cake in Llanwrtyd Wells on the way back to Riverside.
